3D Wall Panels specialises in the CNC routing of slots and perforated patterns into MDF panels for wall and ceiling acoustic panels. Panels may be made with your material or ours. Many different sized slots, holes, lengths and number of rows are possible. Acoustic felt is not included.
Acoustic panels are used to dampen sound in high noise areas such as restaurants, shopping centres,
public buildings, clubs and home theatres. For specific technical advice and acoustic test data, we recommend the use of an accredited acoustic consultant e.g.
www.aaac.org.au.
Acoustic panel sizes

- Standard panel sizes are 2400mm x 1200mm or 2700mm x 1200mm
- Panels can be custom made to the sizes you require; just forward your technical drawings for a quote
- Panels may be made in a range of thicknesses 9, 12, 16, 18 or 25mm
- Custom cut and programmed panel shapes
- Programming of panels can include offsets for light fittings and access panels etc

· Slotted in 8mm in up to 12mm thick , 10mm in up to 18mm thick and 12mm in up to 25mm thick material
· Perforated holes in a variety of patterns such as the “System 32mm” with or without spacing. System 32 relates to the centre to centre spacing of the holes in a drill pattern
Material and finishes
· Panels supplied by us are made from GECA certified Laminex®, Australian made raw, laminated or timber veneered medium density fibreboard (MDF) substrate. Panels may be cut and supplied by you if preferred.
· Panels may be finished in:
o Acid cat clear coated in matt, satin or high gloss
o polyurethane painted in matt, satin or high gloss
o stained and lacquered
o Low VOC available
